Skin has three layers the outer most skin layer is epidermis, the middle layer is mesoderm and the inner most layer is epidermis and they have their specific function according to their placement. It is observed that skin is sensitive to extreme environmental conditions, chemicals, low standard makeup products and dehydration. Skin is mostly damaged under open sun and dehydration, the solution of hydration is very easy and simple just drink more water and it is also necessary that drink more water in summer and during exercise. It is necessary that keep moist your skin with quality moisturizers or just drink more liquid and it is also helpful to wash your face with clean fresh water in four to five times in day because water is a natural beauty enhancer. It is also an important that protect your skin from direct sunlight in this way you can protect your skin from wrinkles and dryness.
The face skin flexibility is related to hydration and water contents in the skin cells, as you know that cell contain more than 80% water in it so the shape and texture of skin belong to water contents. To maintains its shape, structure and texture drink water and fresh juices these liquids not only fulfill the demand of skin cells, but keep it smooth, health and flexible. Most importantly all liquids and water protect your face skin from wrinkles and dryness and similarly the healthy skin does not permit any acne and pimples. According to medical point of view drink at least eight glass fresh and clean water, but if you want to drink more than this, then you have to consult your doctor first. The diet also play an important role in skin fairness and health just eat simple and full of energy foods, try to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. In fruits take more citrus fruits because they have vitamin C, which is vital for skin protection from different skin diseases and this vitamin fights against the environment impurities and it is natural beauty food. Vitamin C protect your skin from premature aging and wrinkles. To improve your face skin you have to take fresh oranges, lemons and citrus fruits, similarly tomato has also the same property.
Oily and junk foods destroy the skin flexibility and its complexion. The most adverse effects of these foods are that they fade and dull the face skin. The junk and oily foods bring changes in skin and provide chance to develop face acne and pimples because the reason behind the pimples are more oil in skin. Protect your skin from acne and pimples through just drink more water and avoid oil and oily products. Olive oil is the best remedy for skin glowing and fair complexion, the olive oil can be used in both was like just take a teaspoon of olive oil in a day and can message your skin with olive oil. Try to avoid alcohol and tea and drink a glass of milk on a daily basis for fair and glowing skin. Protect your face in open sun by the help of an umbrella or scarf, always use quality makeup kit and before going to bed wash your makeup cleanly and use natural moisturizer like almond or olive oil.
